Our rates are based on source text word or standard line counts (whereby a standard line is 55 characters including spaces) and vary according to the type of text (general or specialized) and the language pair.We are more than happy to provide you with a specific quote – simply send us your texts. Quotes are non-binding and completely confidential.

As a general rule, our rates range from EUR 0,80 to EUR 1,10 per standard line and EUR 0,09 to EUR 0,13 per source word.

For extremely urgent orders (for example, more than 2,500 words in 24 hours), we apply an additional rush-job charge of 30 %.

The hourly rate (for jobs that cannot be charged in another way, such as video transcriptions, handwritten jobs, and so on) is EUR 40,00.

All prices are subject to statutory VAT. However, VAT is not payable on orders between EU member states.
